  1. TagIt is a desktop navigating tag manager for Windows 3.1 that allows you to:

  3. * Mark scroll position with a tag and jump back there with a click on it.
  4. * "Drag and scroll". Drag the scroll thumb along with a tag, making the screen
  5.   scroll along even if the application does not usually scroll the screen
  6.   while you are dragging the thumb.
  7. * Make notes and display bitmaps on tags.
  8. * Fully configure your tags, including colors and display fonts.
  9. * Save the style of your tag onto a list and quickly create a new tag from one
  10.   of styles on the list.
  11. * Jump back and forth among previous views of applications using hot keys.
  12.   TagIt automatically records the views.

  104. evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but please do not give
  105. it away altered or as part of another system.  The essence of "user-supported"
  106. software is to provide personal computer users with quality software without
  107. high prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop
  108. new products.  If you find this program useful and find that you are using TagIt
  109. and continue to use TagIt after a 30 day trial period, you must make a
  110. registration payment of $39 to Elimina Technology.
